Join us for gentle Hatha every Wednesday at 11am starting October 4th! A gentler version of your regular Hatha class. This class is perfect for senior, injured or chronically ill yogis. This relaxed and laid back class is for those who prefer gentle yoga over other types of yoga. Chairs will be provided for those that need it.
