INTRODUCTION TO YOGA
We are now offering a monthly class for people who would like to give a try to Yoga. You don’t need any previous experience, it is a beginners class, where the teacher will explain each of the sun salutations poses and focus on alignment. Breathe, relax, smile and let Tina or Aya guide you through your first yoga experience.
