INTRODUCTION TO YOGA

We are now offering a monthly class for people who would like to give a try to Yoga. You don’t need any previous experience, it is a beginners class, where the teacher will explain each of the sun salutations poses and focus on alignment.┬áBreathe, relax, smile and let Tina or Aya guide you through your first yoga experience.
