With the hectic pace and demands of modern life, many people feel stressed and over-worked. Through meditation we can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful.

We will explore some powerful breathing techniques, mantras and relaxation exercises. You will receive tools to practice at home and progress in your inner growth.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a firm pillow, a blanket and a water bottle.
